Alice Paladin was born in Manchester in the nether years of the twentieth century, but spent most of her childhood split between Narnia and Calormen, as well as Wonderland. At the age of eleven she attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, though she left for Bloor's Academy at the end of her third year. After finishing at Bloor's, she attended the Unseen University, and went on to be a crime correspondent for the Daily Punctilio. She has travelled extensively, spending several weeks in Araluen and her name was made doing lucrative interviews with everyone from Spook John Gregory and Gip Siparti to Major Holly Short of the LEP and Scipio Fortunato. Her most recent assignments have been in London Below and New Prentisstown, and she has recently begun to publish her account of the life of Emilia Bradstreet.
